河南省旅游服务中心位于郑州市主城区与郑东新区CBD之间的狭长地带，总体规划目标是建立集管理、咨询、集散、服务、展示、娱乐于一体的综合性旅游服务平台。设计理念是建立一个主题突出、风格时尚、内涵丰厚的城市旅游公园，形成拥挤的主城区与CBD之间的过渡绿廊。建筑设计以立体布局的“中原之门”为概念，沿中央主轴布置集中绿化、城市广场、中心水体，与地块周边绿带共同形成完整的绿地系统，极大地丰富了城市景观。

Henan Provincial Tourism Service Center is located in the narrow strip between the main urban area of Zhengzhou City and the CBD of Zhengdong New District. The overall planning goal is to establish a comprehensive tourism service platform integrating management, consultation, distribution, service, exhibition and entertainment. The design concept is to establish an urban tourist park with prominent theme, fashionable style and rich connotation, and form a transitional green corridor between the crowded main city and the CBD. The architectural design takes the concept of "the Gate of the Central Plains" with three-dimensional layout as the concept. Along the central axis, the centralized greening, city square and central water body are arranged to form a complete green space system together with the surrounding green belt of the plot, greatly enriching the urban landscape.
