建筑包含非遗展示馆、五星级酒店、书城、商业、办公、停车等多种功能，是针对大型文旅综合体模式的一次设计探索。整体以“河洛集、非遗荟”为设计理念，以合院为设计原型，通过连续、舒缓的坡屋面把丰富的功能空间覆于其下，形成完整的城市界面。引入地上、地下一体化的城市设计理念，通过下沉广场、地下街、空中连廊、屋顶花园等设计手段形成内外环境融合、尺度多样、文化氛围浓郁的新型城市综合体。

The building contains various functions such as intangible cultural heritage exhibition hall, five-star hotel, book mall, business, office, parking and so on. It is a design exploration for large-scale cultural and tourism complex. With the design concept of "Heluo Collection and Intangible cultural heritage " as the whole and the courtyard house as the design prototype, the continuous and soothing slope roof covers the rich functional space under it, forming a complete urban interface. By introducing the urban design concept of the integration of above-ground and underground, a new urban complex with integrated internal and external environment, diverse scale and rich cultural atmosphere is formed through the design means of sunken square, underground street, air corridor and roof garden.
